Now, during the first negotiation, drug testing apparently was negotiable. I think anyone would agree with that. Considering the video above, drug testing negotiations had halted and any offer not meeting those demands would not be considered. Hence, one party stating there were not any second negotiations.
And yet Ross Greenburg, the most neutral among all the parties involved has publicly stated that negotiations did take place.. Which is a good indicator that Floyd for whatever reason, does not want the fight to take place in 2010.

Who care about debating the finer points of a fight that's never going to happen anyways?

yet, arum stated in his interview that no one ever heard anything from team Mayweather.

youve been owned. there were no 2nd negotiations

floyd said if pac doesnt aggree to full testing there is no fight.

and it just what you got, NO FIGHT, b.c pac never agreed to floyds demand which he claimed he did. koncz exposed their lying, cheating asses

The only problem with saying that the 2nd round of negotiations not happening is that Ross Greenburg, the only person who could confirm that negotiations took place, said that negotiations actually took place.

Don't understand people who've shown a problem with the original thread starter. He's supplying a valid point to a topic that is discussed on here everyday

Because they were negotiating through a middle man(Greenburg).. Right?? So if you are complaining that the Pac camp was lying about the random testing, then it totally conflicts with your belief that there was no negotiations that took place...

How can you complain about the terms of a contract if at the same time you believe that there was no negotiations to begin with??

So basically, you're saying Mayweather outright ducked Pacquiao. Didn't even try to make the fight and 'retired' and went on vacation before Top Rank and Arum even had a chance to make the fight?
