well Jeff Mayweather said that the agreement to the bloodtesting was mentioned by Team Pac after the negotiations have already fallen (and maybe the Margarito fight was signed... that part i dont know)

so its up to you on who you believe is telling the truth.

but i'm thinking Roach did not want Manny to fight Mayweather just yet.

i believe that he wants to see if being a congressman will hurt Manny's performance in the ring.

      Koncz on the Clottey fight:

“There would be no catchweight for the bout. It will be at 147,” Roach told the on theGrind Boxing Radio.

Koncsz, on the other hand, in an interview with Boxing FanHouse, said Pacquiao is fighting the former titleholder at a catchweight 144 pounds.

"That's what the catchweight is for this fight," Koncz told Lem Satterfield of Boxing FanHouse also last Sunday.

This development, another example of the mixed signals coming from the Pacquiao camp, apparently meant that no one, knew, not even Roach, of what Koncz was talking about.

Roach, by way explaining his statement, said Pacquiao is already comfortable with fighting at the full welterweight limit of 147 pounds.

Refresh my memory, what was the catchweight that Manny fought Clottey at?

Mayweather lied of course. The result of their drug testing with Mosley was released only after a month when people and media were becoming impatient asking for the results of the tests which were su****iously under wraps for that long. The results? The drug testing was halted 18 days prior to the fight date for Mosley and 19 days prior for Mayweather. So Floyd's hardselling crusade for a level playing field via OST was all bulls after all.

Well, if Mayweather said he's going on vacation and wasn't even thinking about boxing when asked after pretending no 2nd negotiations took place, then I don't know what else to argue about.

What's the point of arguing whether Pacquiao agreed or not? Mayweather just wasn't interested in fighting anybody at the time. That should be that.

But I wonder why does any of it matter, 1 week or 24 days, the fights not going to happen obviously, how much does Pac need to concede to really, Floyd isn't in any position to negotiate now. It's just filler time for HBO....

                no catchweight, sir.

i think that post was just to show that Team Pac has had mixed signals.

and don't believe in anything Michael Koncz says

Pac agreed to everything(which include randomness of the testing) except with a cutoff of 7 days. That's basically what Pac's adviser said. That's exactly what he meant...

thanks for trying, I can appreciate that, but it's from May 3rd, the negotiations didn't start yet so...plus I don't understand wtf he's saying dude, what the? C'mon!

he could be saying, 'i agree to all testing up until the fight' - which is what you got out of what he said.

or he could be saying, 'i agree to the demands' (last time it was 14 days, he stuck at 24)

or if, I'm mistaken, and the negotiations started that early, and Haymon proposed testing a week before the fight, Pac could be saying, I agreed to all demands in that regard....

or....well, it'll be a lot easier if I heard it in English man, but thanks for trying.
it doesn't matter, I never expected him to test until the fight, so it's news to me that he is willing to test a week before the fight, I think that's a good concession, you might not see it the same, we can agree to disagree.
