facts? read my response above, I didn't even understand it. Ur arguing with a guy who never heard Pac say "i will take blood tests up until the fight" I'm not claiming he said that, I've never heard it, I've never heard anything like it. no its not because its not random. if you know your gonna get tested for ped's 7 days before the fight you would make sure you were clean a few days before.
