EDIT - Haye wasn't in the car, sorry man.I'm only quoting the article. It states Haye wasn't in the car, and it was being driven by his bodyguard.
It's the Daily Mail reporting. They always sensationalise something, then disclose fuller information later on.
Anyway, the story does seem to make sense. If Haye was involved, I imagine the same photgrapher would have taken a photo of Haye looking at the wreckage etc., which is a far more lucrative photo to have.

I feel sorry for Audley, pottering along in his battered old Ford coupe when this rampaging maniac in his poncy Merc comes caroming into his rear bumper and gives the Force-ful one a terrible case of whiplash. Get well soon Audley.Comment

Here's the quote from the Daily Mail:
Following the crash, 30-year-old Haye took to Twitter to lament the loss of his vehicle: 'I loved that car. I'm ok', he wrote. Haye wasn't in the vehicle when the accident happened.

Haye's driving is as impressive as his boxing. Did they check Haye for drugs, I bet not since he is a famous hype-job from England. I mean who the **** crashes into a light-pole? How intoxicated or high do you have to be?

Oh, that or he someone is taken the fall since Haye may have been high on drugs. It takes someone who is completely high on drugs to hit a lightpole that or someone incredibly ******.Here's the quote from the Daily Mail:
Following the crash, 30-year-old Haye took to Twitter to lament the loss of his vehicle: 'I loved that car. I'm ok', he wrote. Haye wasn't in the vehicle when the accident happened.
