Yea...I don't see the age thing being much of a factor...most Heavyweight fighters don't begin to mature until there late 20's anyway...well in most cases atleast...look at Lewis...Vitali Klitshcko etc etc..he could be a beltholder in a year and a half or so in my honest opinion...I saw this guy make a comment about him who watched him fight zack page live and he said he is like a cross between muhammad ali, james toney and aaron pryor. and that he is extremely gifted..the guy said he outclassed and overpowered page, dropping him hard in the 5th and overwhelming him with offense in the 8th to force the Ref to halt the bout...I really don't see age being an issue. He isn't getting much hype either...I really want to see one of his fights get aired atleast on ESPN sometime soon..if he matures properly, which i believe he will, and quite fast (he already has matured rather quickly already with only 4 fights and making his pro debut just 8 short months ago.) in his last three fights he's defeated solid veterans in charles davis, page and kendrick releford...makes me wonder where he'll be in his 14th pro fight let alone his 4th...this guy could come out of nowhere and wipe the floor with the current top ten heavyweights.

Quick little update on Ortiz, he fights tomorrow against an undetermined opponent. also, in his last fight as i said he dropped and stopped Zack Page, and zack page just a couple days ago lost a majority decision to another undefeated prospect Manuel Charr who was 15-0 and i saw the fight and felt page won. That just goes to show ortiz' talent, beating page like he did in only his 4th pro fight and page then fighting against Charr as he did. once again keep a look out for this kid.Comment

Update: Ortiz is now 11-0 (9KOs) in his last fight defeated luis pineda who was 21-9, VIA 6th round KO. Evidently he walked over pineda with ease. Pineda a couple fights previous to his fight with Ortiz lasted the distance and won some rounds against gatekeeper Timor Ibragimov. Ortiz has major talent from what i've seen..and i do not jump on bandwagons quickly. and from what i've heard from insiders the sky is the limit for this dude. only issue is he has gotten ZERO television exposure yet. except for one fight on gofightlive. anyone come across any dug up footage?..Comment
