They could have represented Mexico if they actually wanted to. Oscar is eligible for dual citizenship if he wanted it (which I think he already has) I think it goes up to the grandparents where you can derive citizenships of that country. Just like Andre Berto represnted Haiti, but born in US. So that they could have they could have. Reason he didn't is beyond me, just like Cotto could've represented or try to represent the US.

This guys are funny as hell. They call him a ***** for calling out Montiel, but want him to fight te guys at 126, so that would make thhhhe guys at 126 *****es too, because tey would be fighting a guy one division lower, just like WV2 fighting Montiel who fights at 118.

Fightig arce wont get him any credit, but arce is his mandatory, so theres no way around it. Doesnt mean he will get any credit for it.
