People forget that Leonard wasn't just speed. He could also fight like hell when he wanted to and had great killer instinct. He would hit Tony at will and be quick enough to get out of the way of any response.

I don't think margarito would beat SRL in any division.

There's only a few things things you have to consider when you put sombody against Margarito

1. Can he handle pressure?
2. Can he Brawl?
3. Does he have a lot of stamina?
