The interim flyweight champion of the WBA, Luis "El Nica" Concepcion, was arrested late Sunday after an incident in which he is accused of threatening someone with a 9mm pistol. According to information disclosed by the newspaper El Siglo Panama, Concepcion was traveling at an excessive speed and cut off another driver, who almost lost control of his vehicle.
