morales was an amazing fighter, who pac just managed to beat when he was drained to ****. no need to bring him up

also, the indians, border, etc crap is uncalled for

WV2 is a young guy, who beat a decent fighter in hernandez, nothing more. although, he should get credit for being at this level after LEARNING to box just 3 1/2 years ago. i've never heard of any fighter to be where he is in such a short time

Ricans need to understand that Vasquez is still a vulnerable fighter that is starting like most Mexican fighters, without very little or no amateur experience. Therefore his opponents are not that great but they are increasing in difficulty. I don't understand why all the hate...

You act as if your champions take on the best of their division immediately after winning a title but let's take for example your newfound idol Giovanni Segura who after winning the tilte against Canchila took on Juanito Rubillar a guy with 12 defeats and in his second defense took on Sonny Boy Jaro who had 7 defeats, and you don't consider those guys bums? or Fernando Montiel who on his second defense after winning his first title at featherweight took on Juan Domingo Cordoba a guy with 5 defeats. Wilfredo had no amateur experience and is climbing up the ladder slowly, you act like all champions face the best in the division immediately after winning a title when you know most take time facing other guys even Mexicans do it but you don't see us Puerto Ricans critizing the opossition of mexicans with the exception of Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. but heck even some Mexicans do that.

I'm obviously Rican and this fight doesn't mean **** to me. Hernandez is a bum I wont talk until one of us beat a top, prime opponent, not some journeyman. Calderon was a top fighter but Prime? Some dude posted that Ricans quit in their prime but gave Cotto a pass, bro the only Ricans on knees have been Cotto & Calderon & Calderon was the favorite but far from prime he had been slowing down a lot already, definitely was not the prime Calderon that guy was a lot faster so that point makes no sense.
