Big difference between JMM and floyds styles.

JMM isnt a pot shotter like Floyd. And their defence is very different.

But yeah, I agree Manny has a ton of heart and a ton of stamina, but if he fights Floyd like he fought Morales in the first fight that would be a very bad idea and if that were the case i could definitely see a stoppage. However, i doubt Floyd stops Manny but its very much possible.
