and vitali wasnt bleeding till he came up from that clinch where the punch raked across his face beavis.if that cut was caused from that punch it
    a)would have bled immediately
    and
b)the hbo crew would hav known exactly wear it came from.they actually thought the blood was from lewis

(even recently a past prime corely almost beat maidana)

yet. no one gives credit to mayweather for the corely win but you have klit fans trying give vitali credit for a even worse opponent in briggs.

      unbelievable.
briggs is better than corley or baldo because he at least had a punchers chance.unfortunately corley and baldo dont hit hard enough to even have that lol

Honestly, this is really absurd. Don't even know how it got to a Floyd debate but beating Briggs is equivalent to beating Roy Jones.

            Maybe Bruseles. Definitely not Corley.

No, we can't agree. No shot fighter has ANY chance. And Corley definitely had much better than a puncher's chance seeing as how, for starters, he could actually throw punches where as shot Briggs could only eat them.

how exactly was briggs shot lol?he is younger and fresher than vitali.vitali has had several surgeries, severe cuts to the eye and has been in with better comp than briggs has.shot briggs actually came out with a good gameplan of going hard to the body,he just didnt stay consistent

corley has never won a meaningful fight, let alone meaningful belt

I can not agree with that.

I didn't give Briggs a chance in hell of winning. He was just shot. And, even in his prime at best he was a solid contender and that was 14 years ago.

Can't agree that he had a puncher chance going in. And, my posts prior to the fight backs my statement up.

                      The age is irrelevant really.

                      That means nothing.

To say Briggs was not shot is just plain ridiculous.

LOL @ somehow Floyd and his opponents getting brought into this.
