I actually agree. I get that he's a fairly good kid, grew up with 3 sisters he helped take care of and is geniunely a nice guy... but they are milking it for all it's worth. It's like watching the Olympics and hearing of how hard it was to overcome the obstacles of being the youngest in a family with 12 kids in a house with 1 bathroom... I lost my train of thought on a tangent there... But I think this is probably made up or at least exageratted to some extent.

Lol, you can tell by his interviews that everything he says is from Lou Dibella's mouth or his trainer's mouth. He said he never lost a round before the Hopkins fight... That is definitely debateable...But anyways there's nothing wrong with having such a nice guy in boxing, it's time for a change...too many people are sooo ignorant and ****y these days...a real champion is modest but is still sure of himself.

Its the way his promoter acts and how about Taylor's change of attitude? First he was polite and humble...now he is talking trash all the time.

I just want to see B-Hop knock him out within 8 rounds. I don't believe it will happen, but I don't want to see their next fight go to the scorecards again. Taylor will have his time on top once Hop is gone and gets some of his fundamentals in shape.

Wouldn't really consider what Taylor is saying trash talking. He's not demeaning Hopkins in any way, He's just saying He took Hopkins best shots like a man, and won the fight.

But that isnt the type of thing you want to be known for. A statement like that is career suicide for a fighter like Hopkins who gets no respect now.

Also Taylor is the finest groomed champion since Sugar Ray Leonard, Dibella has done a nice job.

Andre Ward doesnt have a good publicist nor a good marketing team. With names like ATF he needs help, especially being a golden boy and all.


I am talking from a publics view, I think Ward is being brought along great from a fighters perspective but his market appeal is garbage.
