I predict that another american icone will go down after , jones jr,taylor, dawson and next pavlik and hopkins.
We will have to look outside of usa for the best boxing.
    Bute is the best 168.
Jermaine Taylor, Chad Dawson and Kelly Pavlik were not American Icons.

      Brinkley lasted what 11 rounds?

Youd think Pavlik would have more success..should be a good fight.

You guys are crazy this is going to be easy for Bute, Pavlik is a slow 1D plodder who has nothing if not an immense height and weight advantage over opponents during the actual fight.

Do you think Andrade is a better fighter then Pavlik? I would like to see how Pavlik bounces back from the loss and how he looks at 168 before we say its going to be easy for Bute. As of right now Bute should be the favorite but who has he beaten better then Pavlik?

Yes I think Andrade is, I would pick him to stop Pavlik if they fought, and think he could be trouble for anyone at 168, Pavlik just got beaten and looked like he wanted to quit against a SWW be it a very good one.

Andrade vs Pavlik is a good fight. I would have to see how Pavlik carries his power to 168 before i could make a prediction. As far as Andrade being trouble for anyone at 168 i disagree we all saw how easily Kessler picked him apart.

Something alot of people forget is that Pavlik fought above 160lbs 14 times before his Zertuche and Miranda fights. Most KO victories although the level of opposition wasn't stellar. He's a natural 168lber imo.

I think the first time i saw him fight was against Zertuche how did he look at 168?
