Pacquiao-Margarito is a fight between two foreign non-English speakers, a matchup that has been talked about only theoretically since maybe last year. Don't see how doing less would constitute a flop, especially since it's extremely rare that any PPV gets above the 1 million mark in the first place.

Mexicans will buy ppvs look at oscar de la hoya who is the true ppv king, and then look at mayweather marquez on mexican indepence day, that did over 1 mill but it had a 24/7. Pacquiao - Margarito will have a 24/7 and its without a doubt the biggest fight for the rest of the year and nothing even comes close.

People buy ppvs cause they wanna see someone get ktfo, there is a very good chance of that happening on this ppv

Boxing fans are starving for a big fight, so I expect this fight to do very well. They were lucky to be a few weeks clear of the Lesnar-Velazquez UFC match, which will be a big seller. Arum's prediction sounds very realistic to me. Actually I would bet the overs on it.
