I don't see Lennox as a top 5 HW at all but I think you can make a strong case for top ten and he'd likely be in there. Anyway, in the big scheme of things, this win by Vitali means diddly squat. It's too late for him to carve out a HOF career even though he might've if he hadn't taken four years off.

Completely agree. Wlad has the kind of longevity and dominance that cannot be overlooked. Barring some Haye miracle, I believe he will walk into the HOF when it's all said and done. Vitali? Not so much. Not even close, really.

To let you know how bad it is...Holyfield, who has apparently had two heart failures(One before the Bowe fight) and has had his license revoked even beat Ruiz, former "World Champion", beat Valuev world champion(Score went to Valuev, but I scored for Holyfield), and survived Sultan...Can you even begin to imagine what Prime Holyfield would do to today's heavyweights? I can't, because I don't like to see fighters get maimed...That is exactly what would happen...We have not had a really good heavyweight since old Lennox left....Klits are good, not very good, and far from ATG...

Wlad was KOed by much much worse fighters though...While he was at his best...Lewis came back to completely destroy both Mccall AND Hasbeen right after, in a fashion that no fighter today could manage...Rahman, like every other used-to-be good fighter the Klits have fought, were way over the hill when they fought...I have even had nuthuggers have the nerve to cite the Ray Mercer fight as proof that the Klits are legit...They would be legit, if they were fighting in ANY OTHER DIVISION BUT THIS ONE, it sucks balls...They would never ever attain to the level of Lewis, Tyson, or Holyfield...

McCall's a heavy hitter. He hits hard. I would not rate Lewis' chin as being "glassy".

Briggs was decent 12 years ago. Not so much today. Vitali on the other hand never beat anyone good his entire career. Lost his two biggest fights, including getting KTFO by Chris Byrd, who couldn't dent a paper cup.

That pretty much sums it up but Vitaly has been fun to watch.

Mate, Vitali ducked Hasim Rahman. And Wlads 7 round performance against the 2008 Rahman was pathetic compared to what Lennox did to him in '01.

Lennox fought the better versions of all of these fighters, and did better. He is just superior to both sisters in every way.
