But seriously, Ward takes that scalp in Canada, and I think he can, it would be impressive.

Ward-Kost was on Fox, I forget what the main event was, but Kost rocked him early but Andre came back.

I think Ward is a helluva fighter, but you realize people are gonna call him out for what you are calling Bute out for.

Well, Ward-Abraham will probably be outside of Oakland. If it takes place anywhere in California, I too will begin to criticize Andre.

My point is there is an overwhelming contingent on here that has fooled BoxingScene into believing that Ward only fights at home with crooked referees protecting his backside.

The reality is, Bute is the one that always fights at home, Bute is the one that has actually been saved of a KO loss by the referee, and Bute is the one that typically fights a lower level of opponent.

Yet Bute gets props on here. Now I know why this happens, but it doesn't mean that I'm not gonna try to stop it.
its called prizefighting ... that entails fighting for a prize which is money and belts. bute on the regular sells 22k seats in montreal. thats why the fights are there. because it makes financial sense. even against a non-opponent like brinkley bute sold 14k seats.

since the 1st andrade fight butes team has made a much more concerted effort on their choices of ref and judges. if wards a draw in oakland then thats where he should be fighting to earn the most potential money. but that ref and those judges were way out of line an very biased this past weekend. ward shouldn't be allowed to get away with what hes been doing in his last 4 fights. and on sat was a prime example of how unfair it is to fight him on home soli. he was dragging bika to the ropes headbutting roughing him and the ref allowed it. but when bika was doing the same ward would complain and the ref woudl break em up.

refs allowing fighters to fight like that isnt good for boxing, its ruins fights and makes them boring and ugly.

as well its obvious ward is not nearly the draw bute is in the first place because i heard attendence was only abound 3-4k and this is for a legitimate top 10 opposition in bika.

do i have a problem with bute leaving montreal!? no. but if thats where both fighters are going to make the most money it makes sense. as well then we actually have live fights with an actual atmosphere. but like in the froch aa fight there should be every effort to make the officials as neutral as possible. thats where the problem lies

and on a side note when it comes to andrade vs bute in the 1st fight its a shame what happened. i owuld have had np andrade getting the w, but it in reality was a no win situation for either. there wasnt enough time on the clock for andrade to capitalize on the knockdown. all bute had to do was get up before the count of 10 and he did that. the only one in reality to blame in taht situation was the ref, and he has never and will never officiate another bute fight.
