yea spray, based on jesse's style bute was the worst match up for him out of all the champions, but he did what he could. im proud of him.
also jesse personally hates southpaws he never does well with them, so he took this fight knowing all this. he has a big big heart. i hope hbo finally shuts the ufffk up about saying he isnt good, and also i hope other fights at 168 see this and give him more credit and respect, maybe he will get another big / decent money fight, he deserves it. hbo was cheap and didnt pick up this ppv so brinkleys pay went from a possible 400-500 thousand to like 150. he deserved the big payday. as did lucian. hbo step your broadcast game up! this was a sick card of boxing

Who was the one holding in excess, running for his life, and falling to the floor intentionally to avoid inside fighting?

Bute was masterful as always. Best uppercut in boxing. Best bodypunching in boxing.

This guy is P4P level, in my top 5. He is unbeatable. I dont see anyone at 168 that can beat him.

          Bute is unbeatable

Brinkley was 100% in this fight, and gave 110% effort. He is a very rugged guy, and I honestly was so surprised he got up in round 5. Cheers for his effort.

Brinkley was ready to die for the fight 2nite.

Ah so your objection is to Dirrell's style. The sweet science is to hit and not get hit is it not? You want to tell me that Dirrell didn't land more and land the cleaner shots?

respectable opinion, but that's where we disagree. i hope we'll find out sooner rather than later....

i dont think he's jmm with those combos from the outside

He landed alot of ineffective slaps even if they were in greater amount to Froch's punches but it was a pitiful display by Dirrell even if you though he won.

Jesus Christ that punch was devastating.

I was surprised Brinkley even got up from it,.
Even in a loss the man impressed me,winning is not everything the man put his entire heart out there and deserves credit for his efforts.
