Lucian is a class act he has a fan in me,as for Brinkley he did as well as he could and gave it a good go at it.

i think ward is a solid fighter, the way he beats bute to me is to see if he can rough him up, but I don't know if he can walk through that fire.

now if bute starts with that right as low as early as tonite, he may have big problems v ward

Ward is not fast enough? Are you serious? I think he is faster and he would use that jab to setup combinations and win from the outside. When required, he will get the job done on the inside as well. If the fight goes the distance I would fancy Ward to get the decision.

im a huge brinkley fan, and he seriously did the best he could, he did great he landed a lot of good shots to the body and head. he was working his gameplan well in the first half of the round, the body shot knockdown was a big test for him and he came back in the 6th and 7th doing very well, i think most people prolly called it over from that body shot but he showed a LOT of heart and courage.

Yes he showed plenty of heart and did everything I thought he could do but was just at disadvantages in so many areas, that there was no way for him to beat Lucian.

Froch was made to look like a joke. Dirrell made him hit air all night and countered his ass sweetly.

It doesn't effect you as much when you smother it, not only that, but since Bute always lands it when his opponent's throwing the right hand. Ward's short punches on the inside would make it hard for that.

quel, i seen him land it when a righty was moving right, and when moving left, plus, i saw at least 4 times when bute had his foot on brinkleys when landing it.
