Bob Arum is a snob who thinks He 's better and smarter than everybody else. This snobby mentality has gotten worse as the years have passed and today He's unable to negotiate with any other big promoter limiting his biggest stars to fight each other.
I think He should retire and allow a more social and smarter CEO.
Stepping down might make him more money than staying at this point.
