Comments Thread For: Pulev vs Guinn on 10/30; Stieglitz Update; Ustinov

Bulgarian heavyweight star Kubrat Pulev, 8-0, is being moved fast by Sauerland Event and October 30 in Rostock on the undercard to Sylvester vs Oral, he fights none other than Dominick Guinn. Guinn has much more experience but Pulev is one to watch. He´s been with the Sauerland team since his amateur days and is ready for bigger things already after eight pro fights. confusing article to say the least

wasn't Stieglitz supposed to fight Librado's younger brother ?

and wasn't Pulev supposed to face Platov ???

I might add that Pulev is a future titlist, very talented fighter

pulev Is really stepping up fighting guinn.guinn is pissed that povetkin & arreola wouldn't fight him after his name kept coming up in talks for possible opponents.not many contenders want to fight guinn the last few years because of the risk factor.he can punch & take a punch.it's his lack of punch output that's been his problem.great fight for both guys.8-0 guy taking on guinn is risky but worth it & a win for pulev really puts him on the map...too bad Ustinov is regressing in his competition...

Again a good card of Sauerland Event, props for good match making as usual.

here the link of the card: http://boxrec.com/schedule.php?count...=ARD&SUBMIT=Go

Kubrat Pulev(8(5)-0) is the most promising heavyweight prospect Im looking forward to.

At CW its Rakhim Chakhkiev (6(5)-0)(2008 Olympic Heavyweight GOLD Medalist)................hope Universum gets him some good fights and didnt waste his talent.

lol at people who actally thought Breahmer would fight Andrade and Stieglitz Andrades brother. tbh I was hoping for but its always exciting to watch the Germans in action.

        cant wait for October 30.

Yes, it's rather pathetic that Ustinov is fighting the same opponent in his 22nd fight that Vyacheslav Glazkov fought in his very first pro fight.
