if margarito is taking a dive then why would pac fight him with a catweight? If it was a fake it could just be at 154 pounds and there would be no criticism about catchweights.

The answer is simple. Pac doesn't know that Margarito is going to take a dive. He insisted on Margarito fighting at a catchweight so he will have an unfair advantage just like he has had in all of his fights at 140 and 147. Arum arranged the dive as a stipulation for Margarito getting his license back and getting the payday.

No, Pac DOES KNOW that Margarito will "throw" the fight.

Just like Pac knew that Clottey was gonna "throw" the fight, that Pac had arranged to a post-fight victory celebration almost 2 weeks before the Pac-Clottey FIXED FIGHT.
