thanks. with all the comments put aside, i'm actually disappointed they only asked him about pacquiao, unless that's all they wanted to put out. I'd like to know his opinion on Khan vs Maidana, Alexander vs Bradley, etc. atleast for those fights, I know he doesn't blatantly hate somebody, he might just answer str8 up.

Well he was spot on when he said Mosley was gonna destroy Margarito. But he's right, Margarito's gonna get whipped.

Margo isn't that great of a fighter but it takes a certain kind of guy to be able stand up to his onslaught.

Why can't he say Pac will win because he has the style or skill to do so. Instead he says a dozen reasons besides the fact that Pac is a good fighter. Here's an example of why Roach doesn't get the **** the Mayweather's do for their ****-talking. Roach, at the very leasts admits Mayweather is an extremely talented boxer, these guys refuse to acknowledge any talent in Pac.

As a conspiracy theorist it's easy to see why. Credibility. If the fight is fixed already and IF they were trying to cover it up, it makes sense to go the extra mile to make it look like a real fight.

Beating Pac does absolutely NOTHING for Margs career?

Well, at the very least, Roger is entertaining and funny.

It does nothing for his career for several reasons:

*Pacquiao already looks slower and if that proves true, he fought a lesser version of Pacquiao

*Pacquiao is fighting at an UNPRECEDENTED eighth division (catchweight aside) and had to bulk up even more to make it and will likely mean that cheato will not feel Pacquiao's power as much.

*Pacquiao gives up reach, height and overall size in large proportions to cheato. After the fight, should Pacquiao lose, pundits from lesser heard corners will weigh in and suggest that the fight was lost from the beginning, will cite how slow Pacquiao has become because of adding the weight. They will comment on how much harder it was for him to damage the far bigger and more powerful cheato and that both guys being familiar with brawling, Pacquiao really had no chance.

I just don't see this as anything but a big payday for cheato.

counterpoints for this crackhead

1. Floyd v. JMM was at a CATCHWEIGHT, which Floyd completely disregarded.

2. Shane is SHOT. DONE. FINISHED. True, he doesn't carry 154 at all...but he'd be getting his ass whooped at 147, too. He's FINISHED. Floyd fought a VERY VERY VERY past it Shane. Beat his ass, though.

3. Margarito killing himself to make 151? Is that why his trainer said he came into camp at around 160? Losing 10lbs will be NOTHING for Margo. He's made 147 throughout his career consistently, 151 will be cake.

4. Delahoya brought Manny UP IN WEIGHT from 135lbs (David Diaz fight). They agreed to meet at 145 (a weight at which Manny never fought, but Delahoya would also have trouble making). I made a $250 betting a Pac-hater (and knowledgeable avid boxing fan) that Pac would beat DLH....he thought he was too small, too wild, and didn't belong at 145.

5. I kinda do agree that the fight might be at least a little fixed. Margo is gonna make it look legit, but Manny's gonna win. Arum cannot lose even a tiny bit of leverage in the Manny/Floyd negotiations. If Margo looks good, he might get his license back in California or Nevada....so the fight must look legit. If anything, Arum will be in the judge's pockets.

the jealousy out of these guys' camp is mind-boggling. Roger thinks he should be Trainer of the Year every year....hell, trainer of the decade. But Freddie gets it, instead.

Floyd feels he should be fighter of every year he fights, PLUS fighter of the decade, and #1 P4P in the world....but no....MANNY takes those honors.
