Just like Pac knew that Clottey was gonna "throw" the fight, that Pac had arranged to a post-fight victory celebration almost 2 weeks before the Pac-Clottey FIXED FIGHT.

1) there's no good reason for pac to fight plastercheato

arum is paying plastercheato to take a dive to make sure pac's win streak continues and he gets his 8th division belt.

Yes, the fight is FIXED alright.

But, Margarito did not cheat in the past, and did not try to cheat, cause Mosley was "juiced-up" with EPO Steroids/Hormones.
In a sense, Margarito was trying to "level out the playing field" against a steroid/cheater-Mosley.

and as far as the licensing aproval went, it was Oscar that got Margarito the license, because Oscar co-promotes Pac, and is "milking" Pac's career with easy fights, and FIXED FIGHTS too.
