Fair enough. But IMO Tyson was a great fighter for 4-5 rounds, while Frazier was for all 15. And you had to be a true 15 round fighter to beat Ali.

utter crap....Tyson went the full 12 better than most HW's.....in his prime he never weighed more than 215-220 on fight night!!! Besides in his own words it's all mental. He said if it's a 6 rd fight you are tired by the 4th, a 10 rd fight and you are tired by the eighth etc etc.......

Prime Tyson would KO Lewis, Holyfield, Both Klitchkos, David Haye. And I stand by this statement.

Honestly i agree for the most part. He would def KO Vitali and Wlad inside of 2 or 3 rds.....and i don't say that because i dislike these fighters (i don't)....it's simply because Tyson's style and speed is a computer printout of what the Klits should not fight.

I remember Lennox Lewis saying how when he was young, he saw the young Mike Tyson train, and Lewis said "When I saw Mike, I said to myself I do not wanna fight this guy".
Lewis was scared before even becoming pro. So, the fear factor that Mike brought to the fights is something this dumb ass radio scum bag forgot about.

Holyfield was also stunned after watching him train in the 80's.....he couldn't believe a fighter existed that worked harder than he did.

Guys like RJJ and Mayweather even say very very good things about the young Mike.....they certainly don't say he was overrated.

I don't think the HW era was that good when Tyson dominated. I think it was much better than this HW era and maybe slightly better than Holmes era. But, not a great era.

However, Tyson was not mediocre and yea Tyson was past it when he fought Lewis. But, Lewis wasn't in his prime either. But, he damn sure had a lot more left than Tyson did.

Well past it.....by a long way....yet he ate shot after shot like they were biscuits until he finally went down.

I remember watching a doco on the fight....it's hilarious...Lewis wide-eyed said he was "shocked and amazed at the shots he (Tyson) was able to take"

I think Tyson takes both Lewis and Holyfield but Vitali gives him hell.

I think Vitali moves well, he doesnt just stand there and cover up taking shots, plus his chim is amazing. Also his sheer size and reach would give lil Tyson problems.

I dont see Tyson stopping Vitali. He could wear Tyson down towards the end.

Tough fight to predict imo.

I don't care what Tyson said. He faded after the early rounds and often coasted with his beat up opponents just hanging on. Champions like Frazier and Marciano always kept bringing it. Sometimes they even turned up the pressure in the later rounds.

He did fight a lot of bums, but you could tell that in his prime he would've given any top HW in history a damn good fight.
