Since 2007, Soto has challenged Marquez, and Marquez fought Soto's "leftovers" (Rocky Juarez).

Marquez knows that Soto would brutalize him like no one else could.
and the reason is simple. Soto is the most vicious bodypuncher in boxing right now.
Pac and Floyd couldn't attack JMM's body, the way Soto could.

Marquez has bigger fish to fry then Soto.
He's trying to get a fight with Bradley or Alexander if I'm not mistaken...
Those two > Soto.

his best "wins" are a draw and a close loss to pac. he didn't do **** before that.
