Nigel Benn, Michael Watson, Marvin Hagler, Mike McCallum, Lennox Lewis, Frank Bruno, Naseem Hamed, Richie Woodhall. I was in an opposite semi-final to Carl Froch. I trained alongside Audley Harrison. Jimmy McDonnell held focus mitts for me. I sparred with Dean Francis, Glenn Catley, Howard Eastman, Neville Brown, Ryan Rhodes.

That's just off the top of my head.

Eastman has very heavy hands, but he's a damn lazy sparrer. Dean Francis was stronger, and Ryan Rhodes hit harder. Ryan Rhodes is the best I've ever shared a ring with by far, I really thought he would be better than Naz lb4lb, I don't know what happened to him.
