Why is everyone complaining about Berto fighting Hernandez?

Trust me if it were PPV, boxing would be killing itself and this card would not attract enough buyers to pay for the fighters, we have the right to complain as the money WE all pump into HBO, they cant find him a suitable well known named fighter that he should be fighting for the amount hes being paid instead of a NOBODY.

But at the end of the day, its going to be on HBO BAD not ppv, and at the end of the day you will be watching..

I look forward to seeing Berto fight, but you can't compare him to Pavlik.

Pavlik just got schooled by Martinez and needs to fight a B-class fighter to get back into the mix.

Berto is undefeated and has been fighting on Pac undercards and headlining HBO/BAD fights for a while now and is coming 3 solid wins against Collazo, Urango, and Quintana.

It's time for Berto to step up and face the big names.

No one is impressed with Andre Berto fighting Freddy Hernandez in the same way no one is impressed with Kelly Pavlik fighting Brian Vera. Both Vera and Hernandez are journeymen. There are not even B class opponents.

Andre Berto's mandatory is way better than Freddy Hernandez. Andre Berto also needs to avenge his loss to Louis Collazzo.

I just think that Berto should be involved in bigger fights at this stage. Regardless, Hernandez will be a tough test. He's a big WW and I give him a decent shot at pulling the upset. I'd love to see it.
