"and that’s not show him any respect. "

I thought that was the mistake hatton and cotto made (and probably even oscar)?

Looks like margarito is going down the same road

true what that guy above said.

It's easy to see those mistakes and plan for them before the fight. Inside the ring it's a completely different story. Once the left crosses and straights, and right hooks and body shots start landing....it gets real blurry out there.

JMM's skillset is amazing...and thus he capitalized. That was then...these days, he'd get destroyed.

remember right hook, roll under? Sr and Hatton completely called that

Even though I agree with Garcia that is what all trainers would say, and even if you see the flaws they need to be taken advantage of and it is highly debateable if Margarito has the talents to take advantage.

Tony makes alot of mistakes, like punching as slow as a heavyweight and eating punches constantly.

                really?

                that's new

I always thought it was better overall skills that kept JMM in the fights with Manny and IMO winning both. I always felt it was his impeccable footwork, his accurate punching, and his acumen that showed out over Manny's physical attributes

Great news is that Margarito couldn't hold Marquez's jockstrap in the skills department. Hell, Marquez has even shown a pretty solid chin for being dropped by a guy much bigger him in Floyd Mayweather Jr. and taking Pacquiao's power shots and still fighting.

If Margarito was a bigger version of JMM Manny would be in trouble, but good thing for Manny that is in no way an accurate description of Margarito.
