Benavidez speaks spanish fine. Not that has anything to with what race he is. Spanish comes from Spain to begin with.

As for Jose Sulaiman. He speaks spanish and was born is Mexico but he is actually Lebanese.

I would go with Alvarez because he has the eraser. Mares is good technically but he lacks real power, Benavidez is too young and too early to tell.

For me its between Alvarez and Dinero Vaca.
