Floyd because He is more accurate because of his reflexes and timing, just have a look at his average connect percentage and also Floyd hits and does not get hit while Marquez hits and but also gets hit. As Soy pointed out Defense and Counterpunching go hand in hand, but also the Punch Accuracy and movement counts, in which Floyd is superior than Marquez.

This is a weird question, because they are completely different types of counter punchers. Floyd is obviously a better one shot defensive counter puncher, but Marquez uses his countering as an offensive weapon in a way Floyd never has.
