The premier trainer in boxing Freddie Roach has put out another $1000 bounty on his superstar fighter Manny Pacquiao's head. If the Filipino icon is dropped by any of his sparring partners, they will collect the bounty. So far Roach hasn't had to pay up but undefeated junior middleweight Vanes Martirosyan (28-0, 17KO) feels he will be the first to knock Pacquiao down. Martirosyan will be leaving for the Philippines soon to help Pacquiao prepare for Antonio Margarito and prepare for his own fight fight versus Pawel Wolak on December 4th.

All this talk of knocking each other down in sparring, what size gloves are the wearing anyway 12oz, i mean come on you aren't doing **** with 12oz gloves even to the body and if they are wearing anything less than 12oz (i know pac loves his 8oz reyes) then they are crazy, it's only sparring, sharpen your skills, timing, speed, reflexes not to hurt or knock anybody out.

16oz most likely, plus headgear.

a real fighter doesn't need 1000bucks to be motivated to do its job. if i was pac's sparring partner and i was told by roach/pac to give him a proper beating why would i need a bounty to want to do that? that's my job, in'it! that would be a fighter's dream. and besides these sparring partner are paid handsomely. this is on serious BS that a lot of people are buying from the Roach's BS factory.
