Its between Khan and Ortiz but I'll go with Ortiz just because he hits harder than Khan. Bradley can't outbox Ortiz. Ortiz is much more skilled as a boxer than Bradley is. Bradley also can't do what Maidana did. While his power may be underrated he doesnt hit like Maidana does. If he goes punch for punch with Ortiz he'll end up getting knocked out.
