LOL. Froch/Abraham for Vacant WBC belt now

    from danrafaelespn

Yet another reason the WBC is disgusting: 1st it says Ward-Dirrell is for vacant 168, Froch-Abe 4 #1. Now, suddenly, Froch-Abe for vacant.

        no doubt!

Just find it ridiculous how idiotic the WBC have been lately. First give it to froch/abraham. then take it away and give it to ward/direll. Then give it back again!

For the good of the tournament this is how it should be! But it shouldn't have to take 2 tries for them to get it right

I would give the $1500 in my bank account to the winner of the Super 6 if during the postfight interview they lay all the belts on the ground, whip their **** out, and urinate on them.

                  Exactly how it should've been.

The WBC #1 Dirrell is fighting for the WBA title against Ward.

So it would make sense for the #2 and #3, Froch and Abraham respectively, to be fighting for the vacant WBC.

Keep the title in the tournament. Unless they wanted to make the Ward vs Dirrell fight a unification bout with the WBA and the vacant WBC. But,

                  a. that may have been unfair to the other fighters in the tournament
                  b. Sulaiman was apparently about to strip Devon Alexander of his WBC belt, because he announced that he wanted to unify. So chances are he wouldn't be to fond of a unification bout for his vacant title.

How does it make sense for the #2 and #3 contenders to fight for the belt?
