If only PWill's jab was more stiff and authorative he'd be a monster!...his jab ain't much to worry about tho..

Martinez will finish what he started.

I don't know if he can, I think his brawling style can still catch Martinez and possibly stop him. Williams has underrated pop and he did drop Martinez in the first fight. As someone has mentioned, it may be a mistake for Williams to try to box but who knows...

If he is, it will be as if he is ceding those rounds. Martinez will undoubtedly land the cleaner shots.

If he does that the 1st 4 rounds to turn it up in the last 8, it could work, but he can't let Martinez land body punches early.

Martinez landed body shots for the first 4 rounds against Pavlik and left him with nothing in the gas tank for the final 4. If Sergio can take away Paul's stamina and speed through body shots, Paul is getting stopped.

If he can't pressure and fight hard (while eating hard shots) for 12 rounds. His best shot is to put pressure and find his range for the first 3rd and try to turn it up after that. It's basically what happened in the first fight anyway (he still lost that though).

I kinda have a feeling he's going to be a lot more cautious this time around. Hope I'm wrong...

Yeah it's not like he OUTBOXED Winky Wright or a prime Margarito. Do you watch boxing or just pretend?

I swear most of NSB didnt even watch the fight. Pauls jab landed a lot. He doubled and tripled into Martinez's grill. Martinez had his hands down taking them in the face. Sometimes he moved his head just enough to not get hit but most of the time especially in the mid rounds Will popped him with that jab non stop. Cmon bro.
Na men, your boy missed a heckk lot of punches.

His best bet, is to put tons of pressure and throw a heck lots of punches, to tire Martinez and not give him any rest. If he tries to box he is toast

He will get pwned if he tries to outbox Sergio while he will be missing and eating right hooks and straight lefts.

If Paul is going to win he better do what he does best which is try and throw many more punches and influence the judges that he is winning rounds because he is doing more even if his shots are not that clean or effective.

If he tries to outbox Sergio, its going to be Sergio landing the cleaner eye catching shots with his speed and reflexive advantages.
