This is a nonsense fight for Cotto now. He should be aiming at the winer of Pacquiao-Margarito, Williams-Martinez or Mayweather. Cotto should be criticise for fighting this guy if in fact he ends up fighting him. I mean the guy is a unproven bum, that if Cotto beats he wont get any credit and if he lossses he will get ****ted on for losing to this guy.

Why does Gomez get a chance to fight Chavez Jr? Gomez sucks!!! He's always getting his ass kicked. Cotto kicked his ass without breaking a sweat. So If Chavez defeats Gomez, it doesn't really say anything about Chavez Jr cause Gomez is a bum. I don't get the logic of putting Chavez Jr to fight Gomez. It's a **** fight and it doesn't really offer a legitimate challenge to Chavez Jr.

People say Chavez Jr. fights only bums and tomato cans, for him to prove himself and fight an elite fighter or get out of here. I don't really have an issue with a Cotto / Chavez fight.

Both of those guys belong at 154, and at least one of them is a very classy guy, and fighter. And it is still too soon to make an accurate call on Chavez, although I do agree that there are currently more deserving fighters at 154.

Neither Manny nor Margo belong at 154, hence the catchweight, which is why neither of them should be fighting for a title.

Luckily, Cotto is thinking for himself more these days. If Pac/Marg winner is available, and Arum tries to put him in with JCC Jr, Cotto will tell Bob to go **** himself.

Either way, the winner gets Manny. Bob Arum will exhaust all possible in-house fights, before he feeds Manny to Floyd.
