Comments Thread For: Valuev Receiving Offers From Hollywood, Eyes Klitschko

Former heavyweight champion Nikolai Valuev will continue to field offers for select roles on the movie screen. Despite his recent surgey to fix a shoulder injury, Valuev is playing a major character in the overseas film “Abominable Snowman.” Golzka reports the 7-foot Valuev is now receiving offers for movie roles from Hollywood in the United States.

Neither klitchko wants to fight valuev, they would probably beat him, but stylistically he is dangerous for them. Vitali or wladmir should fight valuev, no one has dominated him, he is a more legitimate opponent then the guys they have been fighting...they should try to make this fight...my hunch is that they will carry on avoiding him.

Sunny31 I think your a bit missinformed,Valuev admitted that he and Don King turned down 3 mil to fight Vitali,(they wanted 5.5 mil) AND 3 MIL WOULD HAVE BEEN HIS BIGGEST PAID EVER. And Vlad offered Valuev the fight to be the replacement fight when David Haye hurt his hand... no his back ,.. no wait his back,no wait it was because of the unfair contrac(just pick one of david hayes excuses for bailing out of the fights with the Klitschkos)so Vlad ended up fighting Ruslan Chagaev
becuase Valuev refused, and the wba stripped Ruslan Chagaev
of the wba belt and gave it to Valuev.

Vitali offered $2.5 million to fight Valuev, which was turned down (and later accepted after Vitali had taken another fight) by Don King. How is this "not wanting to fight Valuev?"

Valuev would be perfect to play a sasquatch, and would be very good as a neanderthal in a remake of the movie Quest for Fire.

I have to ask this question. Are you on drugs or are you just another one of those pissed off British boxing fans?
