As far as I know, no there won't be random testing, it doesn't apply until the commissions imply it. I see what ur saying though - once a cheat, always a cheat. It's like ********, you don't win once and not try it again...or like stealing or whatever, it's just the way humans tend to act, perhaps Margarito is the exception, I don't think so. I'd be worried if I was fighting him, you just never know how low the man will stoop. There's more than two ways to cheat, theirs dozens of ways. I wouldn't stress it though, hopefully Margarito has learned his lesson, even as short as it was...hopefully he's taken something from it - Whether truly guilty or just ignorant, he can be more cautious of what his trainer is telling him from now on.
