), doesn't change the fact that OST isn't some magical, unbeatable procedure. This is the reason that ALL major professional leagues (NFL, MLB, NBA, Boxing, etc) don't employ USADA's services. They run around calling out other organizations' methods but their HGH blood test has only caught 1, that's ONE person for using HGH in the THOUSANDS of tests conducted, and those results are questionable because they were never peer-reviewed. And many athletes such as Jones and Montgomery won gold medals while undergoing the infallible OST regime and simultaneously doping out of their minds.
But since Floyd thinks USADA and their program is the best, it must be true...
Not that it matters since Pac agreeing forced him into another timely 'retirement'

I think, for Pac....the commission testing is enough. If Marge passes it but is really on undetected PEDS....then good for him. Like it's going to make any difference anyway. PEDs will not make you superhuman, plastered gloves does tho. He's just going to stress himself out not getting caught.Comment
