If you had bothered to read the rest of the thread, you would find the link to the POLL. Study? It seems you IMAGINED it was a study, or that I needed a variable as you seem to think I would like to extrapolate the result to the rest of the humanity, hence the need for a representative sample group. But of course that's not the case.

That is both implied in the original post, and later, but of course since I am trying to explain to those who put a lot of thought into Margo's past victories WHY is that so many people don't give Margo half a chance, I am trying to tell them they are in love with telling everyone that they can't PROVE this or that they don't have PROOF for that. Pac murdered Hatton, toyed with Oscar, dismantled Cotto, bloodied Díaz and will outright mutilate Margo. 2 years ago Pac was not THIS Pac of today. 2 years ago Pac was supposed to be Oscar's Going Away Party and final reconciliation with the Mexican People after what he did to an old Chávez. That was more of a joke, i was never really a Mosely fan, but i always did like watching the guy fight, i looked at him more as a boxing fan than a Mosely fan, So calling me a hypocrite holds no water...lol.

1. different fighters , different styles , different attributes...... just because cotto beat mosley and marg koed cotto means nothing in marg-mosley.

2. cotto's face being messed up is nothing new. some people don't take damage well. look at pac vs. clottey. pac's face got messed up from clottey not punching.

3. the tuneup fight in mexico is meaningless to the discussion. maybe he just wanted rounds in , he had a long layoff , maybe the back to back beatings he took from cotto and mosley has made him shot......hard to tell.

4. does ****m richardson have special powers to spot loaded gloves? is he the only one who pays attention during handwrapping? is the the only one who checks the opponents wraps? the answer is no.

you can get away with cheating once , twice , a few times at most.

doubtful a guy would load his gloves for 20,30,40 fights and not get caught.

Again, It was more i was happy to see Mosely ktfo of margo than being a fan. I'm not a Mosely fan. i like him as a boxer.

as far as we know, margo only cheated in one fight (the mosley fight) and he never even got to use the plaster wraps cause he was caught with them before the fight.

it's true that while no one has proof that margo didn't cheat in all his other fights, it's also true that no one has proof that margo did cheat in all his other fights. the burden of proof is on the accuser, so if you got evidence, please present it.

And as i said before, The proof is that Cap admitted he used the wrong wraps. I never said Margo cheated, only that he attempted to cheat, but got caught. Which is the same to me. They both didn't lose their licence and get suspended for nothing.

And we can flip that the other way, Pull...there is no evidence he didn't cheat in the Cotto fight. Just kinda su****ious Cotto is beaten half to death all of a sudden after such a winning unbeaten streak. And his face was worse in the Margo fight than when Pac beat him. He stopped bleeding quickly and was mostly very bruised, whereas in the margo fight, blood was pouring out of every freakin' hole in his face and was hard to stop.

Tony is past his prime so if that happens no big deal.
