What gets me is in the Cotto fight...Margo's a monster that totally messed up Cotto's face and made him take a knee twice...(let's leave the wraps thing out)
Then he fights Shane, a guy Cotto barely beat, and Mosley literally mopped the floor with him.

He gets suspended...now i hear Margo always stays in shape and has been training all along. He fights a tomato can in Mexico, and not very very convincingly i hear...what happened? Where's Margo the beast?

Margo should have made a statement and Ko'd the guy as soon as possible. But he couldn't/didn't i don't know.I hear "he needs the rounds...bulshyt.
That's what sparring is for. Margo's used to fighting good size revenue fights, so he don't need the rounds for that. I'm gonna love watching the replay of little Pac humiliate margo and hopefully retire him.

And Richardson was the only one smart enough to scrutinize those wraps and call for more attention to them. Cap admitted using the wrong wraps. We have the confession. What more is there to be said? Tony lost his confidence when his special wraps were taken away, and we seen the outcome of that!

1. different fighters , different styles , different attributes...... just because cotto beat mosley and marg koed cotto means nothing in marg-mosley.

2. cotto's face being messed up is nothing new. some people don't take damage well. look at pac vs. clottey. pac's face got messed up from clottey not punching.

3. the tuneup fight in mexico is meaningless to the discussion. maybe he just wanted rounds in , he had a long layoff , maybe the back to back beatings he took from cotto and mosley has made him shot......hard to tell.

4. does ****m richardson have special powers to spot loaded gloves? is he the only one who pays attention during handwrapping? is the the only one who checks the opponents wraps? the answer is no.

you can get away with cheating once , twice , a few times at most.

doubtful a guy would load his gloves for 20,30,40 fights and not get caught.

First, that was because you said you can't prove a negative. Of course you can prove a negative. What is very problematic to prove is NON-EXISTENCE, which is not exactly a negative, but an absolute impossibility. Without being contentious, that's modus tollens.

And I call him a cheater because he was caught cheating. Just having plaster in your wraps is cheating.

And I quoted a recent poll here in which the vast majority of NSB posters thought he was indeed a cheater.

And you fail to realize that was his defense regarding intention to commit, which doesn't say much about whether there was plaster or not in his previous fights, other than if there was INDEED plaster, he didn't knew about it.

A) Only about 20% of NSB fans who voted in the latest "Did Margo really cheat" poll think Margo did not cheat. Most NSB boxing fans think Margo DID cheat.

B) Just because you think he did not cheat, you can't say 100% sure he didn't.

C) They are amazed at how most people don't seem to give Margo a chance at beating Pac, even though "Margo stopped Martínez/Killed Cotto/made Kermit The Frog Cry/Made Cotto's kid Cry/****d the Golden Schlong/Sodomized Ty Fields".

Well since most of us think he used Plaster in his fights, and Plaster DOES have an effect on the opponents punching power, mobility, strategy, footwork, etc. all we see what used to be a good chin (that might or might not still be there) and plenty of stamina.

That's why most people, myself included, think Pac will murder him.

as far as we know, margo only cheated in one fight (the mosley fight) and he never even got to use the plaster wraps cause he was caught with them before the fight.

it's true that while no one has proof that margo didn't cheat in all his other fights, it's also true that no one has proof that margo did cheat in all his other fights. the burden of proof is on the accuser, so if you got evidence, please present it.
