JMM climbing the arduous weight ladder for a payday because Floyd was scared to fight him at 140....then he cheats on that weight to boot. Floyd is not better than pac in that regard, difference is Pac asks naturally bigger guys to not weigh as much and May asks naturally smaller guys to weigh much more

margs is a 154+ fighter. He only fought at 147 when he was way younger. The guy is 5'11 with decent muscle mass.

Margarito is not a natural 154, he never looked good at 154. He was getting his butt whooped by that one Rican fighter at 154 in the past. I even have several gif images of Santos throwing combination's at Margarito's face making him look like a joke.

Freddie Roach doesn't think catchweights are necessary at this point. It's Koncz who demands them because he thinks he's protecting Manny somehow. Pac, Roach, and anyone with half a brain knows Manny would squash Cotto like a bug at 140-154, same with Margs. Antonio is a WW, he's only had a handful of fights at 154 in his career and he was eh at that weight. Fighting at 151 just means he has 4 less lbs to shed and he and Garcia are both on record that Margs is coming in at 163ish on fight night. Really drained there...

Actually it does. When you are forced to lose normal body weight (healthy), even what seems like nothing can be detrimental.
