it's oxymoronic...pretty much cut out from the floyd sr blueprint.
Actually in the lower weight class Pacquiao was weight drained too. So they cannot bring that excuses because Pacquiao himself was in that situation.

when i think of weight drained i think of a pale looking fighter that can't fight past 3-4 rounds

so i would'nt say pacquiao was weight drained, just not at his best weight

all this shows is that dude should have moved up in weight like floyd to challenege himself along time before now but the difference is is that he wasnt good enough to do so. so instead, he was draining himself to fight smaller guys.

              sad

And Mayweather use to fight bloated lightweights and Jr. Welterweights to fight him at welterweight. sad.

Pacquiao move up in weight and beat bigger guys while Mayweather did not prove that moving weight at jr middleweight and Middleweight.

                sad sad sad

So essentially you're trying to say Pacquiao drained himself at the lower weights so that he could fight smaller fighters ( like Paul Williams at Welterweight)? If that's what you want to say okay.

He wasnt weight drained because he was still capable of fighting..

BUT what was happening, he must have been struggling to make weight....

I mean rehydrating 16 pounds for a fight? Thats crazy, he was defo way to big for tht division
