Let's just hope that, as boxing fans, we get to see this fight made without any doubts as to the levelness of the playing field.
Look, I provided archival evidence from HBO with a statement from Koncz stating that there was a 7 day cutoff. This is not random testing. No matter how you want to view Koncz, he is still an integral part of Team Pac. Please consider all parties involved and not pick and choose who you want to listen to.

If I had to pick and choose whom to believe, wouldn't it be more reasonable to pick the fighter himself and his promoter over the fighter's "adviser" cum rice-fluffer?

You want evidence? You can find it right here in BScene.

You're still downgrading Koncz's role and not considering all parties involved. Where is this evidence that Arum agreed to FULL OST testing?

Veteran boxing promoter Bob Arum has reacted sharply to Oscar de la Hoya's reported claim that he has been preventing Manny Pacquiao from fighting Floyd Mayweather, Jr...

Arum stated that during the first round of negotiations, they failed to reach an agreement because of Mayweather's demand for Olympic-style drug testing.

Pacquiao eventually gave in to Mayweather's demand during the second round of talks, but Mayweather's camp denied there was a negotiation in the first place, Arum added.

"We were so anxious to make the fight and Mayweather didn't want to fight, and even today, we will do the fight unconditionally, unconditionally! And all Mayweather has to do is say he wants the fight,” said Arum.

“So, to say that we don't want to make the fight or we are preventing the fight to happen is a little silly. All he has to do is have Mayweather get up and make a statement 'I'm ready to fight,” he added.

NEW YORK—Manny Pacquiao and his trainer Freddie Roach said Wednesday they agreed to every demand put forward by Floyd Mayweather Jr. for what could have been the richest fight in boxing history.
Roach also insisted that negotiations did take place for the fight, contradicting recent statements made by Mayweather adviser Leonard Ellerbe.

Congressman/Boxer Manny Pacquiao and his trainer Freddie Roach wanted the exact same thing that boxing fans everywhere wanted: Floyd Mayweather Jr.

          They got Antonio Margarito instead.

Pacquiao and Roach said Wednesday that they agreed to every demand put forward by Mayweather for what could have been the richest fight in boxing history. But the former pound-for-pound king chose not to accept the fight, leaving Pacquiao to look elsewhere for a fall opponent.

Really? Then why didn't he move up sooner?

I posted these two weeks ago.

All it shows is that Manny was fighting smaller, older fighters.

Well then, if you feel Koncz is more credible that Pac, Arum and Roach, then more power to you. All I know is when pressed about the Pac fight, all Floyd had to say months ago was "I'm on vacation."
