The Floyd Mayweather Deception, Floyd Mayweather vs Jose Luis Castillo part 1

All these years after I initially saw the fight I've been saying Jose got robbed, but I watched a DVD of the fight a couple months ago, and upon rewatching I have to say that Floyd did indeed win it in my opinion.

Castillo is still a great champion that gave us many great fights though. One of my favorites.

Ahh another Castillo-Mayweather thread trying to imply something. Can't believe I have to post this again, but here it goes:

I just watched the fight and here is how I scored it:

Round 1 - Floyd 10-9
Round 2 - Floyd 10-9
Round 3 - Floyd 10-9
Round 4 - Castillo 9-10
Round 5 - Floyd 10-9
Round 6 - Castillo 9-10
Round 7 - Castillo 9-10
Round 8 - Floyd 10-8 - Ref took away point from Castillo and Floyd was winning the Round.

Round 9 - Floyd 10-9
Round 10 - 9-9 - Ref took away point from Floyd and it was his best round of the fight.
Round 11 - Castillo 9-10 - Floyd stood right in front of him and they traded body shots. Castillo got the better of it.

Round 12 - Castillo 9-10 Castillo's most active round. He threw alot of combinations. His best round.

TOTAL = 114-112

6 rounds to 5 and 1 even.

Winner - Floyd Mayweather


Saying that Castillo clearly or absolutely got robbed and that Floyd should have lost, is a Lie. A lie repeated over and over again by overzealous Floyd detractors who are desperate to see him lose and cling on to this one time where things were very competitive and close.

which gives castillo the fight with a score of 114-112 over floyd

Honestly....honestly i thought that Castillo won this fight. He was the better man that night. And he should have got the victory. I think anyone who thinks otherwise really should watch the tape....and before watching the tape take off the lens of being Floyd's fan.

lol watching that tape over and over i seriously cant beleive how anyone can pick floyd won that fight? i just dont see it. Castillo wooped his ass plain and simple. and im not being biased here

Like Bruce I also had Mayweather winning the 1st 5 rounds, I'm kind of stunned a little though. Alot of those punches I thought Castillo landed actually missed lookin' at the slow motion.
