Tua wanted $2m? Whats his highest payday in his career? He is washed up and I think 500k-1m is more than fair because its just a easy payday for him. They came in at 400k thats when you counter them at 1m and then they counter you to 600-700k and you accept. I guess Tua has million dollar paydays coming up and doesnt need 6-700k.

The big thing I dont get with people ducking Wlad is that they dont realize that if they win by a flash KO or some weird cut that the rematch will be the biggest payday of their career by far. Do people like Haye, Povetkin, Tua dont realize that?

    Povetkin needs 10 more years
Haye needs 99% of the Purse
    Tua needs 2million.

"I have to question Maori TV's stance of "supporting" David Tua because you refused the Tua camp's appeal to release him from a clearly damaging situation. Arguably, Maori TV's three fight deal is costing Tua over $1 million in lost earnings and is adversely affecting his career path.

"If his next bout was on Sky TV, Tua would probably get $600,000 plus a percentage of pay per view revenue. However, on Maori TV, Tua will likely receive less than $100,000. Extrapolate this over your three fight deal and Maori TV is costing David Tua at least $1m in lost earnings - money which Tua's family urgently needs right now. Further, the Maori TV deal prevents Tua fighting big name opponents because you are not investing enough money to pay Tua and the opponent for the risk of such a bout.
So he fights for 100k one fight and has a contract for 330k per fight with Maori TV but he wants 2m?

So he goes from 100-300k to 2m? Lols

he did say those numbers were just hypothetical so he can make the point. So who knows what the real offer was and what Tua was really demanding

LOL Spot on mate. Those brit twats will swallow anything (including Diva Gaybich ejaculate if it camde down to it) the The Sun and whatever other Brit tabloids print, they have no independent journalism in Britain, hence the positive coverage of the Coward of London - Diva Gaybich, just because he claims to be British (even though he lives in Cypress so he doesn't pay for the 100 CCTV cameras inside stall bathrooms). You could d**** a steaming heaping pile of **** with a Union Jack and the Brits will worship it.

Just take a look at no one in the Brit media taking Diva Gaye to task about the Fraudley fight. Here is a link of Diva Gaye's boyfriend, Booth, telling the Brit media that Fraudley has never fought anyone in the top 20 in his life and that Gaye will never fight him: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wuj6iyUMtfc. All these fighters who claim that they are getting bad offers from the Klitschko's are just terrified they are going to end up unconscious like the rest of Wlad's victims. It's their only way to save some face.

I think Kushner is just spinning the issue because Tua isn't ready for a shot against Wlad, judging from what I saw in Atlantic City.
Yea, it's laughable that Tua promoter is screaming about lowballing! Am sure they just dont want the fight yet if ever, He said tua is taking another tune up before going ahead with a rematch of Barrett which tells me everything i need to know.

I understand your frustration thats why its good to educate one self, so we dont offer into this type of trap, We seem to welcome other people more than the people in are born and bred here but education is the key.

Prime Lennox, Prime Ike, Prime Maskaev, Prime Rahman, Prime Ruiz, Prime Byrd....I can go on and on about David Tua. To say that either sister has fought competition comparable to this great man is downright dishonest.

David Tua is an exciting opponent, and should be respected in these negotiations. 40% is the minimum he should accept.
LOL, 40%, you are officially ******ed just like Tua's promoter. This isn't 1999 and it's 11 years later pal, and Tua just barely got a gift decision against a shot to **** Monte Barrett who was fighting his last fight, Monte Barrett who got destroyed by Wlad over 10 years ago, same Barrett who has been KTFO by Cliff Carouser (Like Tyson my @ss), Valubum, and Diva Gaybich, and 270 poung obese Solis since then. Two Gunz just put Tuabich on his @ss and you saying he deserves 40% against Wlad when his last fight he made no more than $300K?

Tua is no one special and the Klitschkos have destroyed plenty of guys with the same style. That is why Tua, just Golota, never won a belt, he was never good enough. Now he can enjoy fighting bums for $30K a pop in New Zeland and Australia for the remaining 1-2 years of his career. Wlad will just pick someone else.

40 % for prime Tua - yeah, I agree. 40% for current Tua - ****ing nonsense.

AFAIU real offer was $400,000. I'd say that it is nice starting offer for someone whose last big win was vs Moorer 8 years ago and who drew vs Barrett in his last fight.

Yep Tua had a $1m 3 fight deal In New Zealand. So Wlad offered him more than he made in his last fight, If tua gets that 1% chance of victory the rematch will make him millions, does he not realize that?

How much does he want? People have said Tua has made 15-20m in his entire career, he wants 10% of his entire career earnings off 1 fight when he is at the end of his career and not a draw outside NZ?

                      He is no Mike Tyson
