Clottey was msot likely lying but diarhoe can **** you up. It makes you dehydrated and you lose sugar.

I have trained with diarhoe once and I felt like fainting.

Clinching is NOT legal in boxing. If it was, why would refs warn/deduct points/disqualify a boxer for doing it excessively?

"I should've listened to my corner," he said. "They were telling me that it was a close fight. I thought I was winning, so I didn't fight as hard because I have respect for Shane. I didn't want to hurt him."

                Derrick Jefferson against Wlad.

Merchant points to the replay of Wlad knocking him out with the right hand.......D-Train states: "As you can see, we were in an all out battle. But I'm Derrick Jefferson and maybe I'll take up Golf"

You should never post again, seriously.

                    have you ever sparred?
The worst thing that can happen is going to a new gym to find work, and being forced to wear a pair of their gloves that you've never worn before or by a make you've never tried before.

It's terrible.. it completely changes the feel of your punches that you've become accustomed to among other things.

                      Another idiot.

Clinching in boxing is perfectly legal, has been forever.
HOLDING is illegal. If both arms being trapped or a HOLD (hug) is being done, then it is illegal.

CLINCHING is perfectly fine, and fighters are told to fight their way out of the clinch, or work in the inside.

REFS don't always break clinches/holds up. Some are more lenient whereas some break it up instantly. It has nothing to do with rules, just the way some referee's operate.
