Pacquiao never called his bluff what he did was announce who he is fighting where will the venue be (cowboy stadium) and the date of his next fight all within a week of the failed negotiations

And for the record, Manny never accepted random drug testing.

stop lying, roach never proposed a march 13, 2010 fight. how could he do that when pac just fought cotto in nov 2009 with an injured ear. it was floyd and gbp who proposed a march fight thinking that pac will not take it because of his injury. but pac took their bluff and that's when floyd demanded ost.
