sweet. i always look forward to glen johnsons fights, good to see him back in the spotlight too. nobody deserves itmore than him, i laugh at the ppl who bring up bika. why get bika when u can get glen johnson? johnsons is a ten times better fighter than that weird looking bum.
i figure johnson will beat green, possibly by stoppage and in that case qualify for the next round. if not hes tied with froch at two points, and perhaps dirrell too. idk what they use for tie breakers but i would love to see johnson move on, hes still a threat to everyone in the tournament. unlike both taylor and kessler, so the second pull out acctually worked out for the best.

1st of glad to se Glen goes in with 0 points instead of inheriting Kessler's 2 points like im pretty sure the original rules stated.
2nd of has ward dirrel been cofirmed yet? Has to be in Oakland now due to Wards contract as its not a semi final.

F***ing ******. I like Glen Johnson, but he should not be involved in this. Should have just made Ward-Dirrell and Froch-Abraham the semis.

Allan Green has no heart and is mentally weak. Allan Green will be running away from Johnson all night long. Johnson is going to do what he always do and put pressure on Green, break him down and knock him out in a one-sided fight.
So Johnson will get 3 points in this fight.

Showtime picked Johnson based on some loyalty, but Johnson is too old to come down to 168 and be effective. His style is to be the stronger counter puncher in the ring and loosing those extra lbs will drain his most important tool. His counterpuncher skills are still there, but without his strenght and his age make him the biggest underdog of the participants.
Showtime is showing they don't know sht about boxing, and should of picked the best at that weight and not their favorite underdog.
The fight vs Green will be a good fight of both underdogs of the tour, but I can't see none of them winning the whole thing, specially behind on points.Last edited by Pin Galarga; 09-30-2010, 07:35 AM.
