Let me ask u this: Do you honestly think Bhop will beat Pascal? Its like Bhop is cashing out of boxing. Pascal is a big name in Canada so he will bring with him a decent gate, and modestly respectable PPV #'s (if they do one, which i don't see why they wouldn't)

Do I think he'll beat him? I'm not sure.

He's looked like such shit since the Pavlik performance, it's hard for me to imagine him looking any better.

But at the same time, he's got one of the best boxing brains in the business. And he's as cagey and slick as can be. Pascal certainly has never fought anybody quite like him.

It should be an interesting fight, IMO.

As for the Dawson stuff ; I can't say much about that. I can't defend it. I wanted Bernard to fight Dawson right after Pavlik because deep down, I think he beats Dawson.

If he's using this as a "cash out" fight, so what? Like I said - he doesn't owe us anything, anymore. He's given this game his all since the late 80's. If he wants to bow out on a big money fight, I got no problem with that.

He's live in this fight, though. You better believe that.

I'll say that him going out against Pascal is a lot better than RJJ going out against Danny ****in Green.

If this fight is in Canada Hopkins has no chance of winning a decision with his style, i think Pascal will win anyway, Hopkins doesnt have the stamina anymore, if he did he'd have a good shot.

Oh, and as for why didnt Hopkins fight Dawson? Well its obvious, Chad isn't a draw, he has no fanbase.

Of course Hopkins wants to make some retirement money, can't begrudge him that.

Don't be fooled, Pascal is an easier match up for Hopkins than Dawson...plus he's a bigger draw, reason why Hopkins jumped all over it....I think it'll either be another Tito/Pavlik/Tarver performance by Hopkins or an ugly close Split decision going to Pascal
