It was Peterson that ducked Soto, which is why Peterson ran to the WBA.
Since Peterson ducked Soto, Peterson wants no part of Soto.
Why dont Peterson fight Soto on Dec. 4th??? cause Peterson is scared of Soto.

You say that Soto needs to earn his right to fight Marquez, when Marquez ducked Soto in 2007, and fought Soto's "leftovers" (Rocky Juarez)???
How did Juarez earn his right to fight Marquez??? by losing to Soto?

Soto has scared Pacman, Marquez, valero (when he was alive), Barrera , Morales into not fighting him.

Barrera was supposed to have fought Soto in 2008, and 2009 but cancelled both times, and just recently, Barrera was supposed to have fought Soto on September 11, 2010, but cancelled that too.

Its clearly evident that everyone is scared to fight Soto, except c-level boxers, because they have nothing to lose.

Anthony Peterson fought Brandon Rios because unlike Humbert Soto, Rios was willing to fight Peterson. Then, Soto let Rios fight Peterson for him. Soto let someone else fight his fight.

Juan Manuel Marquez was supposed to fight Jorge Barios. However, Barrios was injured and pulled out of the fight. Rocky Juarez was just a replacement for Barrios.

Soto did not get to fight Pacquiao, Marquez, Barrera, or Morales in early 2008 because he lost to Joan Guzman on November 17, 2007.

Soto is way past his prime like Margarito and Castilllo is. Too bad he's the only one out of the three that Top Rank froze out of marketable fights.

Rios can maybe fight Miguel Acosta now.
I honestly think Antillon is gonna flatten Soto. Did you catch Humberto's last fight, jro? Thoughts?

Soto is the WBC Champion, not a promoter/matchmaker. He has no say, as to which contender should fight which other contender.

After Soto beat Rocky Juarez in 2005, he wanted to fight Pacquiao, Marquez, Barrera, Morales since then, but they all saw how he brutalized and KO'd his next 6 opponents in 2006, and they all got scared and ducked him in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, and now in 2010.

Yea I did a little bit. The stream was kind of crappy. But, Soto did look like crap against a tomato can. And, I was kind of pissed that he took that fight instead of Anthony Peterson.

Soto has look like eh ever since he has moved up to 135.

Antillon lost to Acosta but Acosta is a pretty skilled LW. It is going to be an interesting but I have came to the conclusion like you that Antillon would beat him.

Soto is just not a good LW. 130 he was a top fighter but I haven't seen anything from him at 135 that would make me call him elite.

Marquez is himself is champion, not promoter/ matchmaker. He also has no say as to which contender he should fight. Soto however did refuse to fight his mandatory, Anthony Peterson. He was scheduled to fight him in July. However, he pulled out. Top Rank decided to protect Humbeto Soto from Anthony Peterson and had Brandon Rios fight Anthony Peterson. Soto let someone else fight his own fight.

Again, Humberto Soto lost to Joan Guzman. That is will he did not get to fight Pacquiao, Marquez, Barrera, and Morales.

Furthermore, recently, Soto did not turn in an impressive performance against a journeyman. If he were fighting Brandon Rios that night, he would have lost.
